Meet Josh
Josh McDonald has been working in the civil industry for over almost two decades and brings a wide range of experience to MCC. Prior to civil, Josh had his hand at building homes and custom wood working. Having a wide range of skill sets helps Josh manoeuvre through projects smoothly with confidence. Josh manages job sites, operates machines, and provides estimates.
Meet Kahe
Josh's wife, Kahe, also plays an integral role in the day to day operations of the business. Kahe takes care of the administrative side, along with 'gofer' jobs, filling in where needed on and off the job site.
And Son
Josh and Kahe have a son who is growing extremely too fast and always on the go! He is in awe of all the machines and loves his time "helping out".
The Styles
Meet Jordan
Jordan Styles started as a Labourer at age 18 at a local civil construction company. Learning the ins and outs of a civil business from the ground up, building roads and installing underground services. Jordan excelled through the ranks to lead hand and then forman learning how to run crews and organize projects. Jordan now manages MCC projects and completes estimates along with on site duties.
Meet Vanessa
Vanessa is the heart of the company, responsible for taking care of the daily needs and routines of both families. Vanessa is an amazing sounding board and a level head assisting in operational decisions and scheduling timelines.
